The staff got my booking wrong and made no effort to apologize or fit my dogs in.

Over the phone staff are rude and even worse in person.

I will not be bringing my dogs here again. You have to be able to leave your dogs with people you can trust! If these groomers are rude to me. how are they treating my dogs?!.
