"Not happy with the service !"

I have been using this chemists for many years & they used to be so efficient. Recently they have been taking so long to process my prescriptions. Last Wednesday morning I took in a prescription which they said would take 30mins,as I was busy I said I would pick it up on Friday morning - have just been in & it was not ready ! The lady who served me ploughed through a pile of prescriptions waiting to be made up to find mine & several other people in the shop were having the same problem. There were 5 people at the rear of the shop at the time & they always seem to have plenty of time to chat to each other. If they do not improve their service I will be going elsewhere..
