"Cold food"

I got my food from Burger King started to eat my food then realised my burger want even warm so I took it to the counter where I told the staff who said they will get the manager, so the manager asked the staff how long I had my food they said a few minutes the manager then told me i should have eaten it faster I didn't realise Race my food down and for the burger to be cold in a few minutes it could have only have been warm when I got it! the manager then told me I was not welcome for complaining. After this they made me another burger but I decided not to eat the food manager was rude ignorant and I left I will never use the restaurant again.
