"SO very rude .. Unbelievable bad customer service."

First time(was going to be a) customer

Called through to this man today - so unbelievably rude - I only asked for picture framing services and he bluntly snapped "no! too busy before christmas" Then stopped speaking. I didn't want it done until end of January by the way( he would have found that out if he's engaged) . No small talk, no customer service - just silence and a real feeling that i shouldn't waste his time.

I also pointed out the number on this site was incorrect and he snapped - "well it's right on my site so go there!"

I'm literally a stone throw from the shop and I'll be spreading the Christmas cheer about my experience of Kentish Frames for a long time to come.

So much for supporting the independent local businesses ! I wish him what he gives out..
