"Rude middle aged assistant with attitude!"

A review of Lloyds Pharmacy by Mrs A Latter written on Friday 12th of November 2021

I required a certain cream for my skin, as a nurse I am very familiar with the required cream and how to use. The assistant asked "what do you want it for?

I said my skin, she asked bluntly, "where on your skin"? I informed her I was a nurse and understood the application/use. I informed her my hands! The assistant returned with the cream, I paid, and went on my way. I overheard the assistant say to the next customer how rude was she"

I was flabbergasted to say the least, how dare she!

If the had not been another customer, I would have certainly gone back and confronted her, who does she think she is! The time was about 10.30a.m she was blondish, wore glasses. I think Lloyd's ought to review this woman's approach to customers, and decide whether or not they need to re-train or seek further potential assistants that will enjoy the position, as this assistant clearly does not!.
