"Poor service and food"

Use Zizzi frequently but today was awful, ordered a starter but half way through eating it the waitress appeared with our main course ànd while were still eating it attempted to remove it ,the calzonee was cold and not cooked properly and the mushroom risotto under cooked felt very rushed and not a good eating experience I said no to the tip for obvious reasons..
