I had visited the store originally in January to purchase a dress for my sons wedding in September, I knew which one l wanted and was in a bit of a rush so quickly tried it on to make sure it looked good and yes it did so bought it and off I went. on 20th july tried the dress on to show a friend when I realised one of the sleeves had been put on upside down. visiting the store again on Saturday 1st august to look for a fascinator (had put dress in dressmakers to correct that day) a young lady called scarlet came and asked if she could help me I told her what I was after but hadn't got the dress with me she stayed with me the whole time giving me a dress to try on to give me an idea, eventually I picked one out and on paying fr it I explained about the dress, her line manager came up and between the two of them made it their mission to get this sorted without too much hassle for me . they kept in contact with me to let me know what was going on and within a week sent back to me special delivery and fixed by their in house seamstress. I cannot thank you enough scarlet and esme ..
